Mike Kolb
oversees all operational activities and functions for Galahad, Inc., including finance, control,
human
resources, legal
and technology. He also is responsible for advising the Company on
strategic planning and business development activities. He reports
directly to Dan Palmer, and
is based in the firm's Los Angeles headquarters.
Mike has
more than a decade of experience in the field of public figure
protection. He has worked a variety of protective assignments for many
of the nation's most well known media figures, public officials, and
CEOs.
He has
been involved in some of the most widely publicized, and media frenzied,
celebrity events including: weddings, premiers, concerts, and hospital
births. Additionally, he has provided safety, privacy, and logistical
support on movies, television shows, and residential protective
details.
Throughout his career, Mike's work has
required him to work closely with the highest levels of law enforcement
including the F.B.I., the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Capitol
Police, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Central Intelligence Agency,
among many others. He has worked with Fortune 500 corporations,
government, law enforcement agencies, universities, domestic violence
shelters, advocacy groups, and not-for-profit organizations in matters
involving safety and privacy, stalking, workplace violence, and public
figure safety.
He has assisted in managing cases
involving inappropriate pursuit, including mentally-ill people who
pursue public figures, disgruntled current or former employees, stalkers
who pursue their victims to the workplace,
and interpersonal stalking cases.
Mike holds his Masters in Business
Administration and a B.A. in pre-law from California State University.
He is a member of the International Society of Corporate Executives
through the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and
holds a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician.
