The First Knights
In the beginning ... no
man was higher in birth than any other, for all men were descended from
a single father and mother. But when envy and covetousness came
into the world, and might triumphed over right ... certain men were
appointed as guarantors and defenders of the weak and the humble.

Knights, The Protectors of the Realm
The knights of the middle ages were considered courageous, honorable,
trustworthy protectors of the King and bound to chivalrous
conduct. Historically,
knights were the first regimented groups of bodyguards, assigned to protect
Kings and their families.
We chose to model our firm,
hence the name, after the most revered of all knights, Sir Galahad. In
a world today where high principles of conduct often do not exist, we
strongly believe in, and are committed to, the ideals associated with Sir
Galahad and the Knights of the Round Table.
Like the knights, we make a
commitment to our clients to be bound to the highest standards of ethical
and moral conduct.

The Emblem of the Knights
The emblem of the Knights of the Round Table worn
round the necks of all the Knights was given to them by King Arthur as
part of the ceremony of their being made a knight.
The Order's dominant idea was the love of God, men, and noble deeds. The
cross in the emblem was to remind them that they were to live pure and
stainless lives, to strive after perfection and thus attain the Holy
Grail.
The Red Dragon of King Arthur represented their allegiance to the King.
The Round Table was illustrative of the Eternity of God, the equality,
unity, and comradeship of the Order, and singleness of purpose of all
the Knights.

Sir Galahad - The Peoples' Knight
Sir Galahad is best known
as the knight who achieved the quest for the Holy Grail. As the chosen
knight he was allowed to sit in the Siege Perilous, the seat at the Round
Table that was reserved for the Grail Knight. He is idealized as the
perfect knight whose "strength was as the strength of ten because his
heart is pure."

Knights of the Round Table
The knights in King
Arthur's company became known as the "Knights of the Round
Table". These knights were heroes, renowned for their strength and
courage, and for their skill in defending those they served. They swore to
protect the King and the kingdom.
